Tax Deductibility Notice
Center Court Cares is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Sponsorship packages that include benefits (meals, signage, playing spots, etc.) may have a reduced deductible amount equal to the contribution minus the fair-market value of those benefits. A written acknowledgment with the deductible amount will be provided for contributions over $250.
